Operational Tooling
Context
When I joined Nuro, they were still using spreadsheets to manually track the location of the vehicle, missions, operator details, and many other pieces of information that were needed to run day to day operations. Additionally, Nuro was beginning to pilot their delivery service so there were additional logistics operations needed.
Objective
Build an internal tools suite that would scale with the future of the business and also work for the current needs of the company.
