Nuro Vehicle HMI (Coming soon)
Context
Doing deliveries using Nuro’s vehicle is substantially different than with manned vehicles. Specifically, there are no drivers to do simple things like confirm users’ identities, answer customer questions, open the doors, and understand when the loading and unloading processes are complete.
Objective
Create an experience using the Nuro bot’s interface that feels natural and intuitive, but still signals to Nuro when a user is beginning and completing the unloading of their items. Additionally, if a user experiences any problems, support is easily accessible.
