Delivery Tracking Experience

Context

Nuro has partnered with quite a few brands to bring driverless delivery to their customer’s curb. When we started working with Kroger we needed to develop a tracking experience for customers to follow and manage their grocery delivery.

Objective

We needed to create an experience for customers to be notified about the status of their order, to track their delivery, and to correct any drop-off positioning errors. Additionally, we needed to make the customer’s experience of meeting their vehicle as convenient and straightforward as possible.
